About 970 tonnes of toxic rubbish produced by England were sent by ships to Brazil ilegally, through Santos Harbour. There were 41 containers of contaminate trash, exported from Tillbury and Felixstowe harbours since last november. "Definitely Brazil IS NOT the world rubbish-basket", said the president of Ibama, the Brazilian environmental institute of fiscalization.
